I have been a resident of Plantation key since 1977. Both of my daughters live on Plantation key, as well as, my grandson and two great granddaughters! We are four generations of an Islamorada hard working family.

I have been a business owner for a construction company starting in 1977. In 1990, I went to work for the County as their Sr. Inspector and eventually became the County's Building Official.
​
In 2000, I came to work for the Village of Islamorada as the Building Official and Head of Code Enforcement. In 2005, I retired from government work to start my Consulting Company and Property Management Company. These endeavors have evolved into my residential construction company and as well as my Consulting Business

Our Village has become so divisive. I believe in the people who live here. We all came for the same reason, the environment, the beauty, and the locals who reside here.
I want to bring this community back together. To provide for workforce housing and to streamline the codes so people can redevelop their homes. I also want our government to be business friendly.
We can do all this, we've done it before, we can do it again!
